Jairus was sad , his daughter was sick. He wondered if Jesus could help him.

He heard that Jesus was nearby.

He ran to find Jesus. "Jesus, can you come and heal my little girl?" Jairus asked. "I will come," Jesus said.

Jesus went to Jairus’shouse where people were wailing and mourning.‘Stop wailing,’Jesus said.‘She is not dead but asleep

Jesus took the girl by the hand and said,‘My child, get up.

Her spirit returned, and at once she stood up.

Her Mommy and Daddy were so grateful. they cried thank you Jesus!
